Delete your Morpheus account
You can permanently delete your Morpheus account and every dream you've saved, either in the app or by email.
Option 1: In the app (instant)
- Open Morpheus and sign in.
- Tap the round profile icon with your initial in the top corner of your dream list.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm.
Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Option 2: By email
If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email us from the address you used to register:
Send it to jordan@badmoonstudios.dev with the subject "Delete my Morpheus account." We may reply to confirm that you own the account, then complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner) and let you know when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email address, password and user ID
- Your profile, including any custom moods
- All of your dream entries: text, dates, moods, tags and recording lengths
What we keep
Nothing. We don't keep any of your data after your account is deleted. Voice recordings are never uploaded in the first place; they're deleted from your phone as soon as they're transcribed.
The speech-recognition model that Morpheus downloads to your phone stays on your device until you uninstall the app.
